Above rates, APRs and terms apply to single family, owner-occupied contract sales and refinance loan amounts up to $1,000,000 for properties throughout New Jersey. 30 year payout terms, 2% per adjustment and 6% lifetime cap. The index for all 1 year conversion ARMs is the weekly average yield on the one year Treasury Security. The Index for the 3 year and 5 year conversion ARMs is the weekly average yield on the 3 year and 5 year Treasury Securities, respectively.
