I have almost a decade of experience in the banking industry. My strengths include developing strong relationships by providing superior customer service. One of my techniques to providing quality service is the mentoring and coaching of my team by leading through example. I am an analytical thinker and very determined in everything I do. I have a professional track record of earning quick promotions. I am very proud to be leading the Spencer team in Elizabeth. Our team prides itself on being your “personal bankers”. I’m excited to be part of a bank that not only provides excellent products and services, but also truly cares about people.
Some of my interests outside of work include enjoying time with my family, fishing and cooking. I also enjoy artesian work and have been told I am very creative. I am originally from Brazil and upon coming to America I was able to quickly learn the English language. I am also fluent in Portuguese.
