At Spencer, we remain committed to doing our part to ensure our community stays healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health and safety remain our top priorities for our employees and customers. Although the doors to our lobbies have reopened, we continue to encourage our customers to use drive-thrus and online banking for all routine transactions, when possible.
Please know that at times, some of our Financial Centers may be subject to temporary closures due to staffing issues. It is best to visit our website, prior to visiting our financial center, for up-to-date closure information. We will have notifications posted there.
We would also like to remind you of the safety protocols we have implemented to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone that visits our bank. Please take a few minutes to review the information below. All of these methods will help limit possible Covid-19 exposure to our customers and employees. We thank you, in advance, for your understanding, patience and cooperation as we continue to work through these challenging times.
Safety Guidelines
Social Distance – Customers and employees should remain at least six feet apart from each other when visiting a financial center lobby.
Wear A Mask – Customers and employees must wear a mask, or protective face covering, when conducting business in the lobby area (except if a medical condition prohibits such usage).
Choose Alternative Banking – We encourage customers to use our drive-ups (where available) and online banking services for routine banking transactions.
Stay Home If Sick – Customers should refrain from visiting the bank if they are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.
