Spencer Savings Bank eStatements Frequently Asked Questions
Instead of receiving your Spencer statements by mail each month, you can elect to receive them online in electronic format. Your online statement will look just like the paper statements you currently receive in the mail and will include images of your paid checks. There is no cost to sign up for eStatements, and it only takes a few minutes to get started!
If you are currently enrolled in Spencer Online, you are eligible to receive eStatements. If you have an account but have not started using Spencer Online yet, you can sign up from the convenience of your own home. The service is FREE, and will allow you 24/7 access to your account(s). Once you are set up with your Spencer Online, you will be able to sign up for eStatements.
Your monthly statements will be available the same day that they are normally mailed out. With eStatements, you’ll be able to view them days earlier because there won’t be any delays for the mailing. Several months of statements will be available at the click of a mouse.
To view your eStatements, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader currently installed, you can download a FREE version by clicking on the Get Acrobat Reader link at the bottom of the page.
You will need to first log on to your Spencer Online account and click on Additional Service. Next, you will follow these 2 simple steps:
Click on the button at the top of the page that says eStatements.
Read the Customer Consent and click Accept when finished.
Once you have clicked this button, you will be signed up for eStatements. Paper statements will automatically be discontinued. You are ready to start viewing all of your available online statements. It is recommended that you either print or save a copy of each statement for future reference.
