She will help her customers with their financing, deposit account and cash management needs.

“We are pleased to appoint Ronna to Business Development Officer,” said George Celentano, Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. “Ronna’s commitment to understanding the needs of her business customers and helping them thrive makes her a valued resource to her customers and a member of the Retail Banking team. We are extremely proud of her accomplishments and look forward to seeing her continued growth at Spencer.”

Marchello is a seasoned banking professional with over 35 years of experience, including providing specialized banking solutions for title companies, CPAs and attorneys. She is also known as a “connector” whereby she brings businesspeople together who she feels could help each other grow their businesses. A tenacious relationship manager with a strategic and analytical approach to solving problems, Marchello is known for exceeding customer expectations.

“One of the most difficult things for a business owner to deal with on a day-to-day basis is their banking relationship,” stated Linda Percoco, Owner and President of Max Title Agency. “I have run a business for over 25 years and Ronna has been with me for almost 10 of them, and I will be eternally grateful that she always has my back. She’s like my personal banker who is always available and ready to help. And more importantly, she’s a friend I can count on if I have a problem. She is truly an asset to Spencer Savings Bank.”

Marchello resides with her family in Sussex County, and enjoys serving her community through volunteer work, including positions on the board of directors for the Meadowlands YMCA and Meadowlands Chamber.
