Kouzinas is responsible for leading and managing customer relationship development, local community engagement and the day-to-day operations of the bank’s West Caldwell financial center, located at 810 Bloomfield Avenue.

Kouzinas brings over 13 years of banking industry experience to Spencer Savings Bank. Prior to joining Spencer, he held the titles of VP, Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at community banks. He is skilled at developing and executing business development strategies, maintaining client relationships and offering strategic solutions to address business needs.
Kouzinas resides in Bergen County with his two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys painting, traveling to Disney World, and reading literature by Edgar Allan Poe and William Shakespeare. Kouzinas is also a strong supporter of community organizations and enjoys participating in the Jay Fund charity events, Greek community functions and local networking groups.
