Spencer Savings Bank is pleased to welcome Peter L. Foglio III as its new Vice President and Bergen County Market Manager. Foglio will be responsible for the overall team management and business development. He will lead the overall success of the bank’s eastern Bergen County market area.

Foglio has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Spencer, he served as a Senior Vice President/Regional Manager for a large regional bank where he managed multiple regions in the tri-state area. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Peter’s College. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as giving back to his community in a variety of ways.
