Spencer Savings Bank, one of New Jersey’s leading community banks, is pleased to welcome Antonella Minardo as its new Vice President, Market Manager. She will be overseeing the success of the bank’s financial centers in the Union County, Middlesex and Mercer County markets (Elizabeth, Union, Cranford, Westfield, Edison, Ewing).
Minardo will be focused on developing new, and expanding existing, commercial relationships within her markets. She and her team will also be focused on creating strong community partnerships. Minardo is a seasoned banking professional with almost 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Spencer, she was a Branch Manager at a large regional bank.

Minardo is a graduate of Brookdale College. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as supporting her community, serving as a board member for the Woodbridge Chamber of Commerce as well as a committee member on various local nonprofits.
