Cousar is responsible for leading and managing customer relationship development, local community engagement, and the day-to-day operations of one of the bank’s two Saddle Brook financial centers, located at 487 Market Street.

Cousar brings over 24 years of banking industry experience to Spencer Savings Bank. Prior to joining Spencer, she held the titles of VP, Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at a community bank. She is skilled at developing and executing business initiatives, driving customer growth, enhancing client experiences, and building long-term client relationships.
Cousar currently resides in Essex County and enjoys spending her free time with her family. She is highly engaged in her community and enjoys dedicating her time to volunteering with nonprofit organizations that help strengthen it. Cousar is also a strong supporter of revitalizing the local business community in Essex County and actively supports the Irvington Chamber of Commerce and the Springfield Improvement District.
